For 30 years, Community of Hope has worked tirelessly to improve the health and quality of life for low-income, homeless and underserved families and individuals in the District of Columbia. Our holistic range of programs – from healthcare and housing with supportive services to educational opportunities and spiritual support – provide hope and stability to the adults and children who need these services.

Land Purchase Finalized for New Health and Resource Center in Ward 8
Community of Hope will build a new Health and Resource Center in Ward 8, thanks to funding from the DC Primary Care Association and the Department of Health.  Ward 8 has been identified as an area in great need of an additional community health center. Electronic Health Records Revitalizing at Health Services
Health Services employees have been working since March to transition all paitent records to the new electronic format, which went live on July 26th!
