Education
- In 2008, we served 205 children in our housing programs, providing them and their parents with advocacy in the schools, connections to after-school programs and tutors, and fun, safe activities on the weekends.
- At the end of the school year in June 2009, 94% of these children advanced to the next grade in school. Homeless children traditionally are behind in school and have problems advancing.
